Spencer was born and raised in Grande Prairie, Alberta. Despite living in Edmonton, Alberta and the city of Gold Coast, Australia throughout her post-secondary education, she considers Grande Prairie home. After graduating from Peace Wapiti Academy, she earned her Bachelor of Secondary Education Degree from the University of Alberta in 2020. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor and Master of Laws from Bond University in 2022. During her law degree, Spencer was a member of the Executive Committee of the Canadian Law Students Association at Bond University.

Spencer has an interest in Litigation, Real Estate, and Wills and Estates and hopes to build a practice that is diverse and touches on all of these areas of law.

Outside of the office, Spencer enjoys a variety of activities including cooking, baking, reading, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends. She is committed to being an active member in the Grande Prairie community and strives to create a positive impact on those around her.
