Submit bids with a certified cheque or bank draft for 3% of the amount of the bid to Stringam LLP, on or before 2:00pm Wednesday, November 4, 2026. Bid forms may be obtained from the undersigned. Cheques will be returned to unsuccessful bidders.
All bids must be unconditional (bids that are "subject to financing" cannot be accepted).
Bids will be accepted on individual quarters or on the whole package.
Highest or any bid not necessarily accepted.
The property is sold "as is". There are no representations or warranties made. Bidder must rely on their own research/inspection of the property as to acreage and cultivation etc.
Successful bidders are expected to complete the transaction within 30 days and will execute an Offer to Purchase upon acceptance of their tender. GST will be added to the purchase price unless the purchaser is a GST registrant.
