Terrance was born and raised in Burnaby, BC. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Brigham Young University – Provo which primarily entailed coursework in political science and economics. During his undergraduate coursework, he took two years off to work as a volunteer missionary in Nagoya, Japan where he became fluent in Japanese. Before going to law school, Terrance also lived for several years in a small mountain town in Japan where he worked as an assistant language teacher in an elementary school and junior high school. In 2020, Terrance earned his J.D. from the University of Alberta in Edmonton.
Terrance is interested in practicing in all areas of civil litigation, family, employment, corporate law and wills and estates, and he intends to maintain a general practice.
In his free time, Terrance enjoys cycling, swimming, rugby, baseball, and photography.
