Submit bids with a certified cheque or bank draft for 3% of the amount of the bid to Stringam LLP, on or before  2:00pm Wednesday, February 19, 2025. Bids will only be accepted on the whole package. Bid forms may be  obtained from the undersigned. Cheques will be returned to unsuccessful bidders. All bids must be unconditional (bids that are “subject to financing” can not be accepted). Buyers must ensure that  they meet Sask Ag Requirements for assignment of Lease Land. Highest or any bid not necessarily accepted. The property is being sold “as is”. There are no representations or warranties made. Bidders must rely on their  own research/inspection of the property as to acreage, cultivation, condition of improvements, etc. Successful bidders are expected to complete the transaction within 30 days and will execute an Offer to Purchase  upon acceptance of their tender. GST will be added to the purchase price unless the purchaser is a GST registrant.
