We’re looking for motivated and people-focused professionals to join our team as Office Administrators in several of our offices. This is a key leadership role that supports the smooth operation of the local office, ensures our teams have the tools and support they need, and helps foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
We currently have opportunities in the following markets:
- Grande Prairie
- Lethbridge
- Medicine Hat
- Calgary / Canmore / Banff
- Saskatchewan (Moose Jaw or Swift Current)

You’ll work closely with firm leadership and cross-functional departments while leading our local administrative team and keeping daily operations running at a high standard.

What You’ll Do
Every day will look a little different, and responsibilities may vary slightly depending on the office location, but you can expect to:
- Supervise and mentor the local administrative team (legal assistants, client service staff, and office support).
- Take part in hiring efforts by screening resumes and participating in interviews.
- Lead onboarding for new staff and coordinating training
- Support ongoing training and development.
- Manage schedules and vacation requests while keeping the office fully covered.
- Work closely with HR on performance reviews, coaching, and handling sensitive staff issues.
- Keep office systems and workflows efficient, updating processes when needed.
- Maintain procedure manuals to ensure consistency across the office.
- Assist with implementing new Firm tools and technologies
- Monitor workloads and staffing levels to anticipate staffing needs and avoid disruptions.
- Manage supplies and vendors
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and office moves when needed.
- Support health and safety requirements and ensure the office is prepared for emergencies.
- Keep the office connected with firm-wide initiatives like surveys, training, and engagement programs.
- Represent the office in leadership meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation for this role will be based on experience and qualifications. Our total compensation package includes health and dental benefits, along with participation in an employer-matching RRSP program.
