Beauchamp Land Tender

Terms of Tender:

1. Tenders must be submitted to Stringam Law Office by 2:00 p.m. on the 3rd day of October, 2024.
   
   
2. Highest or any tender not necessarily accepted. A tender subject to financing or other conditions will not be accepted.
   
   
3. A certified cheque or bank draft payable to Stringam Law Office for the amount of 2% of the amount of the bid must accompany the bid. Cheque/draft will be returned to unsuccessful bidders.
   
   
4. If you are a successful bidder your cheque/draft will be deposited and forfeited if you fail to close.
   
   
5. Bidders must rely on their own research and inspection of property and confirm acreage, condition, assessments, or other particulars.
   
   
6. The successful bidder shall promptly execute a Memorandum of Agreement, which shall have a closing date of October 30, 2024.
