CARSON FOGGIN

Carson was born and raised on a farm outside of Magrath and obtained his J.D. from the University of Alberta. During his time in law school, Carson volunteered with the Indigenous Law Students Association and with Student Legal Services. Prior to joining Stringam, Carson articled and worked as an associate at a full-service international firm in Calgary.

Carson maintains a general law practice with an emphasis on Real Estate Transactions, Wills and Estates, Family Law, Corporate/Commercial Transactions, Civil Litigation and Personal Injury. Carson is dedicated to achieving the best results for his clients and strives to be responsive and transparent every step along the way to create a stress-free experience.

Outside of work, Carson is devoted to his family – he and his wife, Taneal, are currently raising their son in Magrath. In his spare time, Carson enjoys staying active by playing hockey, slo-pitch, golfing, snowboarding, and spending time at the lake. Carson is dedicated to give back to the community when he is able. Currently, he volunteers with his church and coaches grade 9 boys volleyball and PeeWee hockey in Magrath.
