Ken studied law at Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, British Columbia. His academic career led to terms of study at Medicine Hat College, the University of Calgary, the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, Thompson Rivers University, and EBS University of Business and Law in Wiesbaden, Germany. He has a keen passion for learning and a wide breadth of intellectual interests.
Ken has cultivated a diverse legal practice with a primary focus on the practice areas of Civil Litigation, Family Law, Real Estate, Estate Planning/Administration, and Corporate Law. Ken is a passionate litigator and negotiator, known for his fair-mindedness and thoroughness. His court and negotiation experiences lend him the perspective to avert legal issues before they arise and resolve them quickly when they cannot be avoided.
Ken is a community leader with a passion for coordinating events and offering his leadership to non-profit organizations including the Medicine Hat Family Service, and YMCA of Medicine Hat. He is also a coordinator of the local Miniature War-gaming League and plays baritone saxophone in the Medicine Hat Concert Band.
