Cheques will be returned to unsuccessful bidders. All bids must be unconditional (bids that are “subject to financing” cannot be accepted). Close bidders may be contacted for further opportunities to increase bids; highest or any bid not  necessarily accepted. The property is being sold “as is”. Bidders must rely  on their own research/inspection of the property as to acreage and cultivation etc. Successful bidders are expected to complete the transaction within 30 days and will execute an Offer to  Purchase upon acceptance of their tender.
